Winner of UK's Jewellery Brand of the Year 2014
COEUR DE LION is "Best Jewellery Brand 2014“ in the UK Watch and Jewellery Awards.
On the 2nd of July, the leading names in the UK retail watch and jewellery industry gathered at the London Hilton for this years’ UK WATCH AND JEWELLERY AWARDS, the most prestigious awards event in the industry’s calendar for over 20 years. COEUR DE LION was nominated for the first time and was able to convince the expert panel of independent judges instantly: We are delighted to have received the award for the "BEST JEWELLERY BRAND 2014“!
Organizer of the UK WATCH AND JEWELLERY AWARDS 2014 was the Retail Jeweller, the leading trade magazine for jewellery and watches in the UK. The winners have been chosen by independent judges, on behalf of the British Jewellery Industry. The winner of the category “BEST JEWELLERY BRAND 2014” had to meet the following criteria:
• A manufacturer or distributor of a jewellery brand that has UK distribution
• Well-manufactured product
• Upholding strong design principles
• Evidence of visionary marketing and point-of-sale support
• Commercial appeal
• Driving retailers’ businesses forward
• Active marketing and promotional support for the brand
Besides the above criteria the judges referred to a survey amongst British jewellers for their decision. The official statement of the judges says:
“COEUR DE LION has maintained a beautiful product range over the past five years, which is backed by a company that understands its market, allowing a sustained growth that has allowed it to always support its retailers without compromise,” was one survey respondent’s view, and we couldn’t have put it better.
This brightly coloured, vibrant brand has really caught the imagination of both its stockists and their customers.
Another respondent said: “It has come into a very busy market sector with a unique product that has proved very popular with our clients. What more could you ask for.”
Which is why, among other things it deserves their “Jewellery Brand of the Year Award”.
